We have a list of things for you to do for this. But do the easiest thing first. On the Jetpack’s homepage, click Sign In, in the upper right corner. The Password is the Jetpack’s default password.
Once signed in, click Jetpack Settings, click Advanced, click Continue.
Change Preferred network technology: to anything except Automatic
Click Save Changes.
Wait 3 to 5 minutes. The Jetpack Homepage should reappear.
Sign In again, click Jetpack Settings, click Advanced, click Continue.
Change Preferred network technology: to Automatic (4G LTE, CDMA)
And click Save Changes
Wait 3 to 5 minutes. The Jetpack Homepage should reappear.
Post back if you’re still unable to get on the internet.
