Why does my 4G LTE Jetpack display "data usage is not available" when I have data available?
Being able to see your data usage is important, ahalel1. Let's figure out why you're getting that message. As we checked, and do not see an Ellipsis 10 jetpack in our lineup, what model jetpack do you have? This is often found inside the battery compartment.
