The 5510L only works in Band 13, Band 4, and CMDA EDVO bands. It doesn't have the radios to support other bands. As long as a provider uses these bands then it might work. You can probably ask those providers.

Hello plee208,
I’ve always wanted to visit Australia. Are you wanting to use your MiFi on an Australian network provider, or are you looking for information regarding international rates with your Verizon Wireless plan?
