hi , my jetpack is very slow, i chat with you guys and you tell me to visit one of the shops, i went there and they check the sim card, is ok, the problem that guy told is, my jetpack is not ready for the unlimited plan, is slowing the speed to low, i am like 10 kbs, to open this page takes like 5 minutes with refreshing, do you have a soft upgrade for me, because this guy try to sold me another jetpack, but can not afford it , so what will gona be need help with this

Most likely, you've exceeded 10GB usage on the device for this billing cycle. If your experience is the same as mine, that device is useless until the start of the next billing cycle. I also had as little as 10kb download, if the speed test page loaded at all.
I had to go to the FCC to get my money back. There is an online complaint form. Please report it so the FCC knows how gross this abuse was.

I'm a truck driver, when i change the plan from my 120$ to unlimited is start, where before i have 4g now i have x1 anywhere, already i have a chat discution with someone from verizon, is should be so low, i was in shop in oneida, NY, and they told me my jetpack not support the new plan , the sim card he told is ok, so i don't know what to do, i have friend who use 66 gb on your unlimited plan on 4g no restriction, and it is with you guys for 2 month, i am for 7 years or more with you and this is your gratitude, i just wait to finish my contract in september and i'm done, you don't deserve to have like client you cheat on me all the time, even before, but this with the speed, is new low for you, even in first 10gb where i suppose to have at least 1.5 mbs speed i had only 256+ kbs

is not about my 10gb it is about speed, i have on first 10 gb the max speed of 256 kbs, not even like before, they told on chat , the people with more plan have priority, so i am a second kind of guy for them my money are good but no connection, after the 10gb my speed drop to 10kbs or less, sometimes i wait for an email like 5 minutes to load , after i do a lot of refresh of the page because is frozen, they suck big time

I agree with you. I was mad too, until I sent back the Jetpack I just bought when the Unlimited Plan was announced. I am just trying to let you know that you've "been taken", swindled, lied to, bait-and-switched. My jetpack was great for months, until 4/18/2017. That's the date I exceeded 10GB on the Jetpack. The previous months, I used 100's of GB per month without slowing down.
The answer to your problem is in my last message. Complaint FCC. Google it.

Adrianosun17, I do not like feeling like I have been taken advantage of. Let me try to not have you feel this way. Having slow speeds are not what you need in between stop while driving. Can you please tell me the make and model of your device so that we can run a speed test on the device? Aside from slow speeds, what else are you experiencing?
