Received the new replacement but trying to figure out how to return the jetpack as there was no return label to do so. according to the letter received with the new replacement it said ... "records indicate you have received a return kit and a new Orbic Speed device, but you have yet to return the recalled Jetpack device. Once the Orbic Speed device is activated on your account, the Ellipsis Jetpack will no longer have service. Please use the previously shipped kit to return the Ellipsis Jetpack free of charge at your earliest convenience." Well I wish I could do that, but can't because I never received the 'previously shipped return kit'. I guess I'll need to call the store or possibly visit one of the store locations to see what they can tell me.
