i nee this to stop...my7730L keeps powering down and shuting off... I use it for dish and it is costing me money..well wasting money when it shuts down...I pay for a rental that never gets to download..
Jetpacks are not meant to be used in a 24/7 operation. The LTE Installed device or a USB modem plugged into a compatible WiFi router provide a much better reliability setup for 24/7 operation.

It's frustrating when your device powers off when trying to use it, Evelynn64. Let me see what's going on and get this issue resolved. When did this issue start? How long does your remain on after a full charge until it powers off?
