I keep having to buy new batteries for our jetpack because they get hot and blow up. Does anyone else have this issue. Its about two years old and the rate I am changing them now is about every 3 months. I just buy two at a time and once Im down to one I order two more. Our service is not great even though I see 3 bars .... its up and down and then down. We are on a grandfathered plan that has unlimited service. I have tried to reach out to Verizon but its been useless. I stayed on the phone 45 minutes to be transferred over to another person that had nothing to do with jetpacks so she sent me to the manufacture and I finally hung up. Before I have had them do some test, which the girl was suppose to be doing, before I was transferred to a new person and then they would send you to tier two. I can't seem to get that to happen now. HELP I only have this for internet!
