When I attempted to use my Kin OneM phone today and make a call, the individual(s) I tried speaking to were unable to hear me. I then turned off my phone, tried again, and the same thing happened; After this, I turned off my phone, removed and re-inserted my battery, tried again, and they still were unable to hear me. Does anyone have any suggestions as to rectifying this or is there a problem with my receiver that would entail a replacement? Thanks.
