When I am using the browser at him (Wireless DSL) it runs similar to the old phone line 56k internet. Very choppy, does not always download the entire page etc. Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions?

once in awhile that happens but most of the time it seems to load pretty fast...it might depend on the site...msn stocks ,weather and facebook for example loads pretty fast
