False Unread Message Notification

Hello, I am having a problem with my kin twom. On my apps page, there's a false notification that i have one unread text message. I have deleted all of my text messages and have rebooted my phone. How do I fix this problem?

That false notification is most definitely annoying.

Also make sure you don't show any messages that are "saved as draft"

Additionally, since you  have already deleted the messages from your inbox, the only other way to remove this notification would be resolved by a master reset. 

This is a drastic measure as it erases all your sign-in information, settings, contacts, favorites, photos, videos, music, and
messages from your phone. You will be asked to confirm.

Master Reset is done by:

Tapping Settings

Tap About your phone

Tap Erase phone data

How can you save a draft with the kin twom? I've never seen that option, I thought it was just another one of the many features left off this phone.
