I don't know why the ONEm doesn't ship with a printed manual--but I do know where you can find the PDF manual online! It's at
http://pcdphones-client.s3.amazonaws.com/files/666/English_Manual.pdf. It's wonderfully complete, clear, and detailed, and I wouldn't want to try to figure out the KIN ONEm without it.
