KIN twom issues with microphone and charge port

Hi. I bought the Kin Twom in december of last year and it had been going well until recently in June when for some odd reason my phone would not charge more than 30% of battery power. I think it is loose and only charges if something with weight is on the charger plugged into the port. Not only that, but also a few days ago the microphone stopped working where nobody can hear me unless i have the kin headphones on. What should I Do?
