KIn wont sync

I have a Kin one and its not syncing. Ive tried reseting it, and putting it in airplane mode, and all that stuff. It was working when I first got it. I dont have a data plan, does this not allow me to connect?

It says cant connect to windows live id service.

what do you mean exactly when you say that it's not "syncing"? is it that you're unable to connect to zune on the computer or that you're not able to connect to the internet?

I am a little confused as well by your question. Is this the original KINone? Not the KINonem? Are you trying to connect to original service offered by Microsoft (Cloud storage etc?) If so, that service has been canceled.

So we need a little clarification so someone can better help.
