Kin TWOm deleting text messaging problems?

I know how to delete a thread on the phone. Unfortunately, my problem is that when I go to delete a certain thread from my messaging app, it pops back up as if I never deleted it. This has actually happened more than once, with the same thread. It's only one thread that seems to not want to delete. Any solutions?

     Its very frustrating to have to redelete a thread. This isn't a known issue with the KIN2. Are you in a low network area? How many signal bars do you have? Please dial *228 option 1 and retest please PM me if the issue persists and i would be glad to further troubleshoot.
