My son got this phone in January.  It worked.  Now it charges to 100% but will not turn on.  Anyone else have this problem?

My daughters Kin Twom was difficult to turn on or "wake up". She complained about the problem for a couple months or more. When she plugged it in or unplugged it, it would "wake up". We sent it back for a replacement. The new one works much much better.
