Kin one text message being blocked

Hi I have a kin one. I have text messaging on my phone. But when I get a message from a friend I get another message that states blocked. Why? Is there something turned off?

Please provide additional information. Are you able to read the first message? Is the second message showing any details? Does this only happen with a specific sender or is the issue with all the text messages you receive?

if it's only that one friend... their phone is blocking u possibly from the phone being disconnected or you might have texts blocked from your end... u have to speak to verizon to check your end out
