Kin twom wont connect to my computer and/or zune.

when i connect my kin to my computer before it would bring up zune and i could put music and all that good stuff onto it, but recently i tried connecting it and the front screen of my phone didnt say it was connected. dont tell me that i most likely accidently slid the unlock thing, because i did not. it wont connect, ive tried reinstalling zune and it still wont work. so if anyone could help me with this that would be great.
