Kin2M problem

Phone has stopped working.  Now, when I power on, only a very dim light comes on with the screen.  Doesn't boot or do anything.  Tried removing the battery and trying again.  No good. Any ideas, or is the phone now useless?

Sounds like the screen is out.  From what I've read, sharp still repairs the phone.  but you will have to send it to them, and have a backup.

The only real advice I've ever got in a Verizon store (that didn't involve trying to sell me something) was always keep your old phone, or a basic phone, for a backup if you ever break your current one, so you don't have to buy a phone while you wait on your nice one to get fixed/swapped.
