i want to drag & drop pics to new KIN onem, but drivers wont install & I cannot find anything supporting a download online.

how can i transfer pics from old phone to new? I thought i could just hook in USB....

 

love the phone but rocky start with contacts & pics

Once you download and install the Zune software (free at Zune.net), you can easily drag and drop files to your Kin Onem. Once Zune installs, you will see the photos and music you already have on your computer; it keeps everything synced for you. Then once you connect via USB, you'll see a Kin One icon in the lower left corner of the screen, simply drag your files to that spot.
