Firstly, I am not sure if I am the only person with this issue (physical damage to my celly) or if its a software issue.

 

Sometimes when answering or dialing a call, I can hear the other party but they cannot hear me.

Sometimes when recording video, video, but no sound is recorded, making me think that the microphone is not being 

toggled on when it should be. I dont think the microphone is damaged because sometimes it works fine, and other times

it doesnt work at all and other times it works but not very well.

 

Im hoping that its just the sofware and it needs to be updated. Is anyone else having these same types of issues?

Hello dedicated12,

 

Do you have this issue when the device has speakerphone activated? If so, then it may be equipment related. May I ask have you verified that bluetooth and wifi is turned off on the device? Both of these technologies can compromise the audio on the device. Once these two technologies are turned off, try to power the device off & then on. If the problem persist, feel free to reply back with your findings.
