Please help. Video transfer

The zune software and kin twom are already synced and working properly. Music and pictures transfer back and forth flawlessly but the video I have recorded on my phone does not transfer to my PC. I will drag and drop the video on my phone into the little PC symbol on the left side of the Zune software or I can select the video(s) and "add to collection" but it does nothing. WHY? This has made the video recording a completely useless feature if it cannot be transfered to my computer.

Please delete. Wasn't working at first. It is now. Zune software does not add the recorded videos to the collection but they are added to the my videos directory.
