Software for KIN ONE

I didn't receive a CD/software with my KIN ONE. I've been looking online with no luck... any suggestions (please-please-please)?

There was nothing with our phone either.  Most help has been found thru the internet.  The biggest issue is downloading pictures from the phone to your computer......you will find most of the useful information on this site or on you tube.  Good luck.

Thank you for your inquiry. There is a way to get software for your Kin One device via the steps provided below that was found on our website by this link : http://support.vzw.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=32626

Download / Install Software - Zune

1. Launch a web browser then navigate to the Zune website.
   http://www.zune.net/.
2. Click Get the Zune software.
3. Click Download now.
4. Click Save.
   
5. Select a location then click Save.
   
6. Click Run.
   
7. Review the license agreement then click Accept to continue.
   The software version depicted in the following image is only an example.
   
8. Click Install.
   
9. Click Close.

Be sure to update Zune software after installing as it doesn't auto update. Go to Settings>General>Software Updates>Check for Updates
