Verizon knew of the limitations and problems when they offered the kin two. I have learned to do a lot of research before getting a new phone. Verizon won't get me again. I am wise to them. I'll be finished with them in Feb 2013. I am already checking out other servers.
This the worse phone ever! Better off getting a prepaid one from dollar store!
