I purchased a kin one to just get email and a phone for my work plan through verizon. In all of the stuff I have seen it shows an exchange choice when setting up email....I do not have this choice...any ideas ?
This is the message I got from a VZW Rep:

Good morning VWVet.
I wanted to personally address your concerns with the e-mail on the KinOneM. In order to use any Internet services, such as e-mail, you need a data plan that starts at $10.00 a month. Does your account have this? If not, this is why you cannot access or set up the e-mail. We will need to access your account to verify the settings, features, and possibly troubleshoot to determine the exact issue. Please reply with your 10-digit mobile number, and I will be happy to personally assist you.

Why do VZW Employees keep giving us bad information in order to charge us more money? You are wrong about the email. I have NO PROBLEMS WITH EMAIL ON EITHER OF MY TWO KIN ONEM's without the contract you just told me I must have. Maybe this hold true for Exchange services, but POP or IMAP services work just fine on WIFI. Wow.
My question, if you reread it, was very specific: "The current KinOneM doesn't have this "swipe" submenu"
I want to access the menu depicted in the above response. however, the functionality to SWIPE to the left to do so does NOT exist with the current version of software. Address THAT please.
