The offer was strictly verbal however it is noted on  my account when I call in. It was SUPPOSED to be any feature or any smart phone.  It was never stated 3G only and I currently have the Kin TwoM  The IPhone was apparently not included because they have to pay Apple for each phone so they cant offer that one as part of the deal.  Ironically enough I wanted either the IPhone or the Thundebolt.  Pretty sure ill end my 11 year relationship now and move on.  Ill go back to a friggin pager like like 1995 again before I deal with this mess another moment :smileymad:

File a claim with the BBB. If everyone just gives up, nothing will ever change. These big companies think they can get away with anything. And they will unless we speak up for ourselves.
