Will anyone at Verizon even offer to help resolve an issue with a crap phone?

Admit it pleas, the KIN2 is a piece of junk.  I have a teen daughter who loved the phone since it has wifi and a great camera.  That is until the phone went black on her on the screen and she could not get any of her pictures from it and the Verizon folks at the store erased everything and did get her a replacement.  Two months later - same thing but now since the time from when I got the first phone for her expred, we would have to pay the $99 for a replacement.  Once again - they lost everything on the phone.  I cancelled the insurance on the phone and bought a Verizon Kin2 form the internet for $30 and it lasted longer than any of the pthers combined but "poof" tonight it did the same thing.  How does Microsoft and Verizon take care of customers like me?

I have 5 lines with the company so you can look up what I pay every month for them.  My personal phone is a Charge and that is the worst smartphone I have ever had but I am stuck in contract with it.  Of course the Verizon rep said i can get the smart phone to replace the Kin 2 for another $30/month - gee thanks!

Is anyone at Verizon listening?  You have a very ticked off customer and one who has the ability to figure out how I can get out of all of my contracts and spread the word very well about the treatment and incompetence of the staff.

i doubt I will get a response but it is worth a shot.

Impress me Verizon.

kin is garbage and then you bought a second one

Only on occasion.  I had a phone I had numerous programming / glitches with, and had brought it in on three different occasions where they tried to fix it, and said there were problems they were working on fixes for (would just no longer ring, downloaded ring tones would suddenly just miss calls, for one) and on my fourth trip to wait an hour on what they would tell me, it fell in the parking lot and they said sorry, there is damage and we are no longer liable to fix it.  Really?  Going forward:  Read a LOT of consumer ratings, and find out what problems they are likely to have before you buy it.  Mine was a fairly expensive new line, and I did not think that was necessary.  Turns out it had a lot of known glitches.

I got 6 months out of my first one, got it replaced with a used one, then that one died about a month back. I got less than 2 years out of 2 of them, I waited a little bit on activating the first one.

As far as wifi, it was OK for email, but useless on the internet otherwise.  It had a lot of potential, but did not live up to most of it.

Camera was good.. mp3 player OK.   Transfer of anything in and out was a real hassle, so kind of negated how good the camera is.

I am using an old LG flip phone and trying to figure out what phone to get next... using the old phone I had prior to getting the KIN !!  The LG phone is 8 years old.
