HOW IM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO MY COMPUTER WITH IT. meaning, the cable with phone attached is not wating become a device my computer knows about... any suggestions? all i want to do is get my pics from the phone....
I had this same issue at first. What you have to do is go to Zune.net and download the software. It is a free program to download. Once you have it downloaded, you can transfer music and pictures to your phone from your computer and vice versa.
Yes, the only way to connect to the computer is with Zune software (the only intended way by microsoft, at least). It is similar to how iPods work with iTunes. Zune software is just a media software, like iTunes. It is free. Zune marketplace is Zune's online music service, and that does cost money, but is not required.
