ok, so i just got this kin onem not too long ago. I try to turn it on and it doesnt work, even when plugged in. I know the battery is full and i really dont want to factory reset it, even though idk how. any help?
Try pulling out the battery for half a minute or so, then replace and try turning it on.
Also, is the proximity and light sensor covered with a case or anything at all? I know this is a problem with the KINS in that they won't turn on or unlock if the sensors are covered.
