My kin twom turns off randomly and I have to turn it back on. Sometimes the phone will be fine for a few hours then turn off then I have to turn it back on and it will be fine for another couple hours and other times it just keeps turning off everytime I try to use it. I have taken out the battery and put it back in but nothing has helped. Currently, Verizon is out of stock on the kin twom. If I have to change phones what would be my best option?
No matter what they will charge you like it's your falt the phone is faulty.

It's unfortunate you are experiencing issues with your device. It sounds like you've already spoken to Technical Support in attempt to get your device replaced. Your device does have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, as long as no physical/water damage is present with your current device. Mine does that too!! I called Verizon and they did a re-program and some other stuff. My phone still shuts off. Which is a concern, since we don't have a home number and if the phone shuts off, there is no way my husband can contact me in case of an emergency. They said the only thing they could do is to give me a Kin onem, which is a downgrade from my Kin twom. We paid quite a bit of money for it back in February and can't believe the phone is already giving us trouble. I have no luck with the phones I purchase from Verizon. I had to exchange the Nokia Twist about 5 times or so and a Blackberry Storm around 3 times or so... While I understand Verizon doesn't manufacture the phones, they should carry phones that last more than 6 months...

For future reference, there are a couple places with customer-submitted reviews that I rely on to judge the quality and reliability of a phone; I also try to wait until there are at least several months' worth of reviews for a phone.

mine has done the same thing. i have had this phone for 8 months and have had the original one i got and 2 replacements for the same phone, so a total of 3 of them. the phone is faulty and the only other way you can get another phone is paying full price for another phone (which i dont recomend because they usuallyt cost around $200-$400) or Verizon will switch it to a Samsung Intensity 2, which is almost like a downgrade because it doenst have a touch screen and the phone is cheaper than the Kin TwoM.
