Has anyone had problems watching youtube videos on Kin Two? The youtube video plays but I can't hear the sounds even when I connect the headset.
Please help...
I don't get any error message. The video plays perfectly but there's no audio.
I was wondering if you ever found an answer to this.
Hi chardonay1234. Watching a video is only half the fun. There's actually a few factors that can come into play with this type of trouble. If you're able to hear the audio from other sources (ringtones, phone calls, etc) then we know it's not hardware related and your device is working properly. The Kin devices don't support Flash or any other plugins, and many videos may require that extra support to play both audio and video. The You Tube mobile site, www.m.youtube.com, will be where you'll have the most success for videos, but it's fully dependant on the site. Most You Tube videos will play through the Zune player interface.
