Fios On Demand and Pay Per View (PPV)
Fios On Demand and PPV allows you to access a wide range of content and, in some cases, access that content on multiple devices. Compatible devices include:
Fios On Demand
- Fios TV Set-top Boxes and DVRs
- PCs/Laptops/Netbooks
- Mobile phones
Pay Per View (PPV)
- Fios TV Set-top Boxes and DVRs
Note: There is no digital streaming either on PCs/Laptops/Netbooks/Mobile phones or the Fios TV Mobile app at this time.
Note: Pay-Per-View (PPV) and subscription or fee-based content On Demand are not permitted for viewing in restaurants, bars, or customer service or public areas.
How to order content on PPV and Fios On Demand

To use Fios On Demand, using your Fios remote control:
- Press the On Demand button, then use the arrow keys to navigate the categories, or
- Menu > On Demand > follow the onscreen prompts
To use Fios On Demand online go to Watch Fios TV and log into your account to access this feature.
Note: Rented content that you select is only available to view for 48 hours from the time you initiate the selection. If there is a fee for viewing the content, your account will be charged. If you re-select the content after the initial 48-hour period has expired, you will be charged again.

Why can’t I order any On Demand or Pay Per View programs?

If you’re unable to view On Demand or place a PPV order:
- try to reset your equipment
- unplug the power cord from the router
- wait 10 seconds and plug the power cord back into the router
If this doesn’t work, there are several reasons why you could be experiencing this problem.
- Parent Controls: If Parental Controls are enabled, enter your PIN to view or purchase the program.
- Credit Limit or Fraud Block: Verizon restricts additional rentals when credit limits are reached or a fraud block is placed on the account. When this happens contact the Usage Verification Center at 866.266.3424.
- You may not subscribe to the premium package that you are trying to view: To subscribe to that premium package simply follow the onscreen prompts and add it for a nominal monthly fee.

I ordered a program in the wrong format, how can I fix this?

If you mistakenly ordered an event in SD instead of HD (or vice versa), you can correct your order by following the appropriate instructions below:
- On Demand, you will need to call 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966) to correct your On Demand order
- Pay Per View, to cancel and reorder the program, either change the video format (SD/HD) or view date (Live/Replay). Before the program starts, cancel the order and change the format by pressing:
- Menu > Pay-Per-View > Scheduled Purchases > select the event you want to cancel and press OK > Cancel Purchase > Yes to confirm, then place your order in the correct format
Note: After the PPV event begins, cancellations are not allowed.

Can I use the IMG to find On Demand videos?
Yes. There are two ways to find On Demand videos with the IMG using your Fios remote, press the
On Demand button and explore using your remote Arrow buttons
Menu > On Demand and navigate using your Arrow buttons
Note: If you’ve previously purchased or rented content you can view them under My Stuff.
