Solution for Devices Constantly Dropping with 5G Box
If your 5G and 2.4G devices frequently lose connection despite showing a great signal and speed, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Log into Your Router:
- Use a PC that is still connected to the network
- Find the router's URL address on the bottom of your 5G router (e.g., 192.168.0.1)
- Enter this URL in your browser's search bar to access the router's settings.
Access the Router Settings:
- Retrieve the password from the bottom of the 5G box (this is not the Wi-Fi password but a different one consisting of 9 capital letters and numbers)
- Log in using this password
Check Connected Devices:
- Navigate to the devices section within the router's app or settings
- Identify all connected devices and their status
Unblock Devices:
- Look for any devices that are not functioning correctly and may be blocked
- Remove these devices from the block list
By following these steps, all your devices should come back online and maintain a stable connection.
