0050004000 Text

I just got my new phone and noticed that every 30 minutes this thing is sending a text message to 0050004000.  There is no text message footprint on my phone, so I have no idea what information is being sent out.  The text message is showing up on my bill and is the only reason I know something is being sent.

Anyone have any ideas on what this is or how to get rid of it?

I guess that would help.  It is the LG G2.
