every time I plug my phone into my vista computer it comes up and says it needs to install the CDC Serial driver I have download the vcast manager program from verizon and it works fine. I have also downloaded the drivers from the LG web site but still unable to get rid of the popup from windows telling me it can't find the drivers

Hello miark,
I'm glad to hear that the computer is recognizing the device when you plug it in. May I ask what action are you trying to do that requires CDC serial drivers? Also, it would help if you post the specs of the computer that you are using. Some information that would be helpful is:
- Desktop or laptop.
- Operating system.
- Make and model of the processor. (32-bit or 64-bit)
Keep in mind that the LG Revolution does have a mass storage mode that can be used to transfer files to and from the computer. Also, as a troubleshooting step, please verify that there aren't any driver conflicts in the device manager if you are using a Windows based computer. If you can be so kind as to provide the information that is requested above then I can further assist.
