I updated my software this morning on my G2, and I absolutely HATE it!!! No real system problems but they changed everything (icons) and navi bar to some cheap crap that looks horrible!! You got 2 choice for the navi bar...white or black, mine WAS pink!! If I factory reset will it change it back, because this really sucks

No, you cannot revert, even with a factory reset. It now has Lollipop permanently until the next update version. You can always use a different launcher app from the play store (nova, adw, google now, apex, etc...)
