Can't open a text message with ringtone in it.

Recently purchased an LG Revolution, then went to Verizon online and bought a ringtone.

Got the text message with an icon with a green lock in it and it does not open when tapped. 

I looked for media Center - not on the phone, and can't find it to download. 

Does anyone know how I unlock this message and save this ringtone?  Or how to get a refund if this does not work.

I would greatly appreciate any help!

Try long pressing either the attachment or the white space around the attachment to get the options menu to save the attachment to your download folder on your phone's memory or SD card.
