So the last time I bought an app on the playstore was back in may. I had no Issues then. Now my phone says I'm not provisioned for carrier billing, and no one seems to know how to fix it. I spent an hr on the phone the other night, Went to the Verizon corporate store today for 2 hrs and spent time on the phone with google and VZW and no one can seem to figure it out. Google says it is VZW issue and VZW says it is a google issue. I'm debating on doing an FDR but really don't want to since the phone works other than that. However I have tried every other option. Anyone else experiencing problems with this?
