I have an LG G2 and whenever I tap on the cloud app it says, "Verizon Cloud has encountered an error. Please close application and try again (code:0). Apparently, I've used the cloud before because I was able to look at what was uploaded online. I'm trying to back up my music before I switch phones. How do I get it to work?
Let's figure this out, Deshon! I'm sorry to find that you're experiencing issues with Verizon cloud. When did this begin? Please uninstall the Verizon Cloud app in the Play Store, and install it again, then retest to see if you're able to access it.
