My Verizon Cloud stopped working a few months ago on my LG G2. I have 2 questions: 1) Does the Verizon Backup Assistant + continue to work even though the Cloud is on my phone (not working . . . tries to update daily, but fails)? 2) If not, is there a cache somewhere that I would be able to find an accidentally deleted photo?
Did you actually log into your Verizon Cloud to verify it hadn't been saved? My contacts update, it says failed and then I go in and they are actually there. Verizon couldn't answer as to why this happens.
I have logged in ...last pics uploaded were in October.
You could try opening apps and find "My Files" and search through them for a deleted folder - wishful thinking though.
