Is there any way to disable the constant flow of error dialogs that I get from the Voice Mail app? This just started about a week ago, but I've been getting 2-3 dialogs a day from the Voice Mail app (which is in the background) complaining about 'Data Service N/A'. Do I really need to be told each time my data connection goes down and it fails to sync my voice mail? I would understand if the app was in the foreground.

Disable Visual Voicemail. It requires data. You will get a constant reminder until data is restored. Data cannot be scheduled to turn on and off to check for VVM messages.
I suggest going to settings->app manager->all->visual voicemail->disable.
I tried VVM once but didnt like it. I forgot how I reverted back to basic voicemail while keeping vvm enabled but not in use.
