I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your Email on your device! We definitely want to get this fixed for you. Which make/model device do you have? What email provider? Using the pre-installed app or one you downloaded to view the email?

The problem seems to have resolved itself over the past few days. I have the LG G2 as indicated by the forum I posted to. I think I also indicated that I'm trying to use Hotmail using the pre-installed app.
