I am using the hotspot on my phone (LG G2). From my device (laptop), I have FTP'd to a different IP. When I try to perform a "get" to retrieve a file, the process hangs for 5 minutes and then fails with: 425 Not able to open data connection. From what I can tell, the issue appears to be that my device is blocking ports 20 and 21. I don't see how to do this with my device (G2). I don't see any configuration options for opening ports. Normally if this issue had been with a normal router, I would go to 192.168.1.1 and configure the port. This web address does not work. Anyone know how to configure ports on the LG G2?
