HOW DO I ACTIVATE HOTSPOT? I USED IT WITH OTHER CARRIER NETWORK IN ABROAD. I COMPLETE THE CONTRACT PERIOD WITH VERIZON

HI,

I AM USING LG G2 VS980 4G LTE. I COMPLETE THE 2 YEAR CONTRACT WITH VERIZON NETWORK. KNOW I AM USING OTHER CARRIER WITH THIS SET. ALL OK BUT THE HOTSPOT FEATURE IS NOT ACTIVATE. IT REQUIRED VERIZON LTE SIM ALL TIME.

PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS ISSUE.

Sounds like a question for the other company providing you service, there is configuration required on the phone for hotspot that would point it to their servers instead of Verizon, it is trying to confirm that your account allows you to use the hotspot.  As far as I know the information is stored in sql files on the phone but I would have no idea what would need to be modified for your other provider. Have you tried some of the third party hotspot apps available in the Play Store?
