Screen blows up, the only thing it shows is a circle with a head and shoulders. Same picture as normal ringing but 3 or 4 times bigger. No answer buttons at the bottom of screen. Stops ringing after 5 rings, or when you push the power button. I can then call the number back. Did not start happening until software update was run. Have been told I cannot remove update or lollipop. Would not recommend running any updates if you have the LG2.
