I fought several times with Verizon, LG and the third party company who prints the guides. They all said I could only view the guide on line. I only wish someone who works for any of those companies was as tenacious as I am...but here you go people: Call the third party company who prints the guides, Encompass Supply 866-779-7906, ask for VS980 guide, part number MFL67980301 -- it costs $10.00 with a $5.00 shipping charge. I have received mine. Verizon does not give these guides out with your purchase because they are only thinking of themselves/their costs, not for us, the customers. We all know they are only looking out for themselves, and they think we do not know this. With the help of the 4th or 5th person I talked to at LG I was given this correct info. YOU GO GUYS !
