I have had a ton of problems with the KitKat after it was added to my LG G2 phone a month ago. I have undergone a lot of DRAMA with your reps! I asked for early upgarde courtesy due to my Account being in excellent condition. Verizion is required to be courteus to customers with contracts otherwise we will not renew next time. Simpla as that. I am tired of hearing "NO NO and NO" by your execs and reps. If I have many problems I should get an immediate Early Upgrade no questions asked especially with all the business I HAVE given VERIZON for 19 years!!!!!!

What makes you better than the rest of the customers?
Your contract is for 24 months. Not 6, 12, 18, or any less months than 24.
You are entitled to nothing but service. If you have a device that is broken not of physical damage then call Verizon to swap it out under the manufacturers one year warranty.
If over that time, buy a new device at full price, or borrow another device or buy second hand. Those are your choices.
If you don't like them choices then please go and find another carrier however they will not let you replace a device before your contract expires. And Sprint and T-Mobile will charge you full price for your device. Or in Sprints case you can purchase a new device under contract.
