In recent days my call quality has disappeared. Bluetooth with 2different sets, and handset, I am told my voice is muffled and inaudible.

In recent days my G2 has become an android tablet. I can make calls, but the receiver cannot hear me. My audio is fine. This is happening with my LG headset, tan phone itself and in my car. Suggestions?

I fiddled with my wif'es G2 some last night and it is definitely not the microphone, so I turned various features on and off and the one that fixed it was turning off the "OK Google" from any screen feature. Her phone calls now sound crystal clear..and Advanced Calling is turned on.
I'll give it a few more days just to be sure.

I have read a lot about this problem recently, but have not experienced this myself. I have had similar issues and all were caused by Advanced Calling being enabled. I disabled that feature and all works fine for me. Others have found success in doing the same. Also great for stopping dropped calls.

Unfortunately I have tried that, and there is no change.

All these issues concern me. Mine has no problem, but IDK why it is working and so many others are not.

I'm experiencing same issues, I believe since the update to 27a. I've tried disabling and enabling all of the different combinations of call options and it doesn't appear to resolve the issue. Suggestions?

Remove the feature in My Verizon under Apps and Features/Programs.

I removed the feature and rebooted, performed a test call and I didn't experience any issues, hopefully this resolved the issue, thank you! I'll post again if problems continue

I really wanted this feature to work, but since I do not use Mobile Data, hardly at all, it isn't something I am missing out on too much. Hope this works.

I just had to post this on here as I've been having the same issues the last week or so and its beyond frustrating. I still have a ticket open with Verizon on this, but in the meantime, in another thread on here there seemed to be some conjecture about the Ok Google setting from any screen and this one way audio issue. I've disabled the Ok Google launch from any screen and I've now made 10 or so calls with no issue whatsoever. So, its a small sample size, but it was happening every other call prior.

My wife's G2 just started having this same problem a few days ago. A reboot sometimes fixes it, but usually not. I have tried every setting dealing with the phone and nothing has helped. I want to run a few more tests/apps to make sure it's not the mic, but I'm not at home yet.
