I have had nothing but problems with the LG Revolution since I bought it. When I talk to support, I ask them why would I want another "refurbished" Revolution when they know that there are MULTIPLE problems with the phone. Now my phone has quit taking a charge. I went to the store, they contacted Customer support and they are sending me another LG Revolution because it was still under warranty. To top it off, I have to pay to receive the phone in 2 days, even though it was defective, otherwise I would have been without a phone for up to six days. As a longtime customer, I am VERY aggrevated with Verizon!!! If I didn't have another year left in my contract, I would be gone.
