My phone is still stuck with "headers only" and it appears no one at VZW has an answer.
BTW, since it had been a while and the phone had been updated, I went ahead and deleted my corporate email; rebooted the phone; and re-added my corporate email. It still only has "headers only". I will note that probably about 50% of the time, when I hit "Load Message", it fails which requires me to load the message again...and then the body of the message shows up.
Boy, this is really REALLY annoying.
