I have an LG G2 and recently I noticed that every night (some time overnight) the vibrate mode keeps turning off on its own and going to regular sound mode. I always set the phone to vibrate at night and now every morning it goes to regular volume / sound mode.
I do not have quite mode or quite mode schedule enabled.
I tried restarting the phone.
Seems like this started to happen after the last OTA update a month or so ago...
How can I fix this?

Typically, when there is an issue that seems to coincide with a software update, when settings adjustments don't work, it is generally advisable to back up all your needed info and files, and do a factory data reset.
This WAS related to the Quiet Time option feature in the G2. A replacement phone was what worked for me as my old G2 would change sound profiles at 6am every morning. Seems that even with the mode turned off at update installation that if the settings were even set at all even with quiet mode off that the fault occurred.
3 FDRs did not resolve. I am on my 3rd-4th unit. The phone is great, the updates break. 1st replacement at KK update, then at the 25A then the 26B. The 26A has worked fine.
Mine does the complete opposite. My husband works 3rd shift, so I make sure my phone is turned up before I go to bed. Every morning when I wake up, I find it is on Vibrate. It's beginning to irritate me, as last night he tried to get a hold of me. I'm not sure what to do at this point? Do I return the phone & get a replacement? I haven't tried Factory Reset yet.
CVall or chat with VZW. A replacement is the best option.
OK, so I am not the only one having this issue and since its related to software seems like the most logical solution would be for VZW to fix the bugs. Will it ever happen?? I can hard reset or get a replacement phone but since this is software related the same issue could re-occur again.
In addition to this bug, after the last update I am experiencing lots of other problems as well such as poor batter life, SMS messages taking long to send sometimes, and 4G signal issues (at times it would go to 3G or 1X and stay there until I turn airplane mode on / off). I have the exact same problem, and have so for about a month now. My phone will be turned up but by morning it has reverted to the sound profile I use most during the day which is silent. It has gone from annoying to serious. Last night it happened for the first time to my sig. other. He was on-call so his phone was turned all the way up but when we woke up this morning the phone was on vibrate and he had missed a call from work.
Has anyone had any luck resolving this issue??
